Can I change the payment plan? Absolutely! You can change your payment plan at any time. Remember that you are always paying for 30 days in advance starting the day you signed up for our services. So, just make sure that you change your payment plan before the next credit card charge occurs. It will take you a second to change your payment plan under your account settings.
When can I cancel your services? You can cancel our services at any time. There is no any kind of cancellation fee. It will take you a second to cancel our services under your account settings. Please keep in mind that there will be no refunds. We do not return payments already charged to your card, whether those payments were for the payment plan, pre-paid minutes or additional services.
Is there a limit to a number of overage minutes? No, there is no limit by default. However, you might want to set such a limit under your account settings, to protect yourself in case you get an unexpectedly large volume of incoming and/or outgoing calls.
How do you charge for overage minutes? You can purchase any number of additional minutes at any time. You also can setup your account such a way that certain number of additional minutes are automatically purchased when number of un-used minutes gets very low. You are able to specify the upper limit too.
Do you transfer un-used minutes to the next month? Your un-used payment plan minutes are not transferred to the next month. They expire at the end of the billing cycle. However, additional minutes will never expire. They are transferred from previous month to the next month.
How much time would you require to create a customizable dial plan? The amount of time spent on customizing your dial plan ultimately depends on how sophisticated you want your dial plan to be. Here's an example: customizing the dial plan "Dial-in and dictate" (a moderately complicated task) ordinarily takes our support personnel 2 hours to create.
How long does it take to get a dedicated phone number? We are trying to keep a certain number of toll free numbers in the pool; those numbers are usually available for you immediately. It may take us up to 3 business days to reserve a phone number for you.
How do you calculate a minute? We round number of seconds to the next minute. For example, 1 minute will be deducted from your account for a 47 seconds phone call; 2 minutes for a 78 seconds phone call, etc. We do not differentiate incoming and outgoing minutes. Important! Please, keep in mind that the same phone call might have multiple charges depending on number of callers and receivers on the call. For example, 3 minutes will be deducted from your account for a single 35 seconds conference call that had 3 participants.
